@TicketWebUK Ah. I looked at the source code of the page and that indicates the password can only be 15 characters long. So I made my password less secure and it works now. Would be useful if that restriction was mentioned on the page somewhere.
@TicketWebUK Thanks. I already had uppercase characters and I've now added numbers. Still the same problem.
@TicketWebUK What are the password requirements for your site? I'm trying to make an account but it always rejects my password, which is definitely longer than 5 characters.
