Oh, it’s OK now - a man’s arrived to drown out the distant busking by using the Tate roof terrace as the ideal place to MAKE ALL HIS VIDEO AND PHONE CALLS ALRIGHT BRUV.
Sitting outside, looking over sunny London, listening to beautiful music wafting up from below, my only thought is that buskers should not be allowed to use amplification.
