    On the one hand, cursing Apple because my Mac crashed, and couldn’t restart, and I’ve spent a couple of hours nervously watching progress bars.

    On the other hand, I think it reinstalled the OS in Recovery Mode and then restarted with all windows just as I left them. Phew.
