@TomRutter @thommeread @bankwithsmile I had no idea that was of US origin! Now I do :)
@paulpod I at least hoped it might cope with “What’s new in iOS 10?”
@TomRutter @thommeread @bankwithsmile To be fair, I don’t think calling it an octothorpe is going to clarify things.
@tomcoates Well, no one likes music. It’s a pretty niche interest, so not worth spending much time on!
@tomcoates Cool, I shall await their imminent arrival!
Upgrade to iOS 10.
Turn Siri on.
Ask it some questions.
Get no useful answers.
Turn Siri off.
Wait for iOS 11.
(Maybe I’m doing it wrong?)
@tomcoates I was just wondering what’s new in it, that I’ll notice/use…
@megpickard There are only tables where it makes sense… the rest is lots of very, very nested fixed-width divs.
More @bankwithsmile… Going forward, let’s combine a meaningless pixel image with copy written for corporate email.
@dracos @pixellent HOW DID YOU KNOW MY PASSWORD?!
@pixellent @dracos It’s right next to the key for “A special character* A”.
@jamesjefferies Ugh. I’m amazed and sad that this kind of thing gets approved. I’m so naive!
@dracos @pixellent That order hadn’t even occurred to me! Although on my keyboard (if that’s what you’re saying) it’s #$%^&*
I know that complaining on Twitter about website design/dev is dull and easy, but it should be so simple to get the basics broadly right!
And you should see @bankwithsmile’s, thankfully optional, CoverFlow / image-slider style method of switching between accounts.
It’s 2016. @bankwithsmile’s brand new website is non-responsive and assumes your browser is at least 1200 pixels wide. Amazing.
Of course I submit the form and get this. Yes, of course I trust you with my money, @bankwithsmile!
@pixellent And, “anything from a hashtag to an asterisk”! I’m not sure which “special characters” fall *between* those two…
.@bankwithsmile: “Let’s make this even harder to understand!”
Maybe my password must contain “A number 4”…?
