@jasecoop @ntlk No one specific thing. It’s handling project-specific edge cases that seem out of the bounds of examples.

@ntlk @jasecoop Problem is - any real-world d3.js stuff has difficulties unlike any simple example or tutorial I’ve seen.

Went to a @Metro_Bank “local store” to open a business account, as recommended, but would have to sit and wait 90 minutes to see a “CSR”.

Ah, that’s because the link on Google goes to /Commercial/ when the actual URL is /Commercial1/ . Next time, /CommercialUSETHISONE/

It’s almost as if banking is an industry resting on its laurels, that doesn’t ned to go out of its way to attract custom.

.@NatWest says you can start a business account by calling a number, but the phone number on the page isn’t for opening an account.

.@Barclays’ site says you open an account by going to a branch or calling a number. The branch tells you to call the number to make an appt.
