@Alby Ahh... The mobile site is still working, so I got a 404 on the sunset page when viewing on my phone.
@tomstuart Yeah, I just have an aversion to adding an extra step for something like that. I'm stuck in the 90s.
@Alby I'm confused - what's the 404 page? Isn't the site still working?
@tomstuart I wouldn't say I'd decided that, but that's just how it loads. Static site, several JS files.
A browser plugin that changes all mentions of “World Cup 2014” to “Men’s World Cup 2014”.
@mathowie I think that’s rugby? But I’m not an expert.
@mattsheret Looks like editorially just had to close web.archive.org/web/2014051908…, and now the staff have got new jobs.
@mattsheret Yeah, there are greyer areas, and it doesn’t fit all business types well.
@tomstuart I’m not sure that’s what I’m after… Just want something that will run [some front end code] only after everything has loaded.
(Having just muddled through so far, it’d be nice to do it whatever way is currently “proper”. Better late than never.)
Before I get further into swearing at it, is Require.js still what I should be using to make sure everything’s loaded before I run JS?
