Aside from Hungary, #eurovision is all very white so far isn't it.

What's amazing is the commentators have seen the clips already but still are doing dismal commentary. We are so bad at every aspect of this.

@danhon Excessive queues are a way to shift a burden (salaries, space) onto the consumer (in terms of time).
@danhon You could get rid of lines very easily, so long as you don’t mind paying for staff to be idle when things quieten down.
@danhon The bit that stands out most for me is lines… because that’s usually due to only hiring enough staff for quiet periods.
