Successfully moved broadband from @O2 (now Sky, boo) to @Plusnet and had friendly, human, helpful phone support from both. Jolly good.

@dotcode Next time I upgrade my Mac I’m thinking of going laptopless. The things I need in diff places are all in iCloud/Dropbox/git/IMAP.
