@amcewen Thanks! Thankfully all the Diary URLs are full ones.

@RandomEtc I think you can use it with a phone with iOS 16 but it’s going to track things better with a Watch.

The watch’s activity rings have made me do more exercise, more consistently, than I would otherwise. I am surprised how much that little visual nudge affected me.

@RandomEtc I like the Apple Fitness+ strength workouts (and other types), if you’re in the Appleverse. I am surprised how much I can tolerate their chirpiness. Needs at least one pair of dumbbells, ideally more.

Do you run an email newsletter based off an RSS feed? (i.e. a new post in the feed results in a new email sent out.) What service do you use? Is it good? Bad?

Looks like Mailchimp and Buttondown (with Zapier) can do it. Am I missing a different good option?

    Asking for Mr Pepys.

I made this LinkedIn group and was puzzled it says “Private group” under its title, with no way to make it not-private.

It took 7 DMs and 6 emails from LinkedIn support to discover it’s a bug: “all the groups on LinkedIn are labeled as private groups” even if they’re not. twitter.com/philgyford/sta…

I barely use LinkedIn but I was craving a group I could whole-heartedly sign up to. So I’ve created the Anti-Growth Coalition linkedin.com/groups/1271952…

Feel free to join. There’s no point other than having the badge and being for the things they’re against.
