@jaggeree Thanks. Lumen seems to be the nimble version of Laravel. I mean, anything’s going to be better than when I last used PHP frameworks!

@museumoftechno Thanks, I'll have a look. Slim and Lumen seemed like the top runners after a quick Google.

@adamstamper Ta! The fewer bells and whistles the better. I want a positively silent framework :)

PHP folk: I'm out of touch - what's your favourite simple-as-possible framework? I don't need any database or auth stuff, but routing, templating, a bit of structure. Like Flask or Sinatra but for PHP. I've googled, but valued opinions are always nice!

HIM: Daddy, what did you do in the Revolution?

ME: I made sarcastic jokes on Twitter.

HIM: Oh. Why didn't you do anyth…

ME: Hang on, I don't have any children!

HIM: I'm not your child, I'm your sense of futility. I'm going to be a very big boy!

A browser plugin that alters headlines about billionaires donating to the NHS, food banks, etc, by inserting "ONLY" before the amount of money.

You know, in lieu of collecting more tax.

@morrick Great, glad it works! There’s some benefit to me rarely updating the code :)

So many people treating this as heroic, when it should be the height of national shame. A govt minister’s last act should have been to go there on his knees, given the man a fucking chair, said thank you for your service, and then *given the NHS more money.* The dishonour of it. twitter.com/bbcbreakfast/s…
